The most important things to know
- My most productive time is early in the morning, so I like to focus on that period.
- Asynchronous communication, usually long-form written, is my preferred way of communicating in remote environments. It helps me to have more focus time and space to answer later. I don't expect people to answer me instantly, if necessary, I'll let them know.
- Following an agenda and a routine makes me feel at peace. And as an early bird, I like to align availability expectations beforehand.
- If there's an event in the future (longer than a week), I prefer to leave the opportunity open and decide more closely on the time. My future self thanks me for that.
- I appreciate co-creating, interacting, and learning from others. And, I also need time to introspect, reflect, and research.
- Outdoor walking and time in nature energize me. A break for a walk is very welcome.
