🌎 Where
- Currently: Florianópolis, SC - Brazil 🇧🇷
💻 Work
- I joined Triple Session this February. It's in that sweet spot: a foreign company with awesome Brazilian people. It's one of the best companies I've ever worked for. I work three days a week, so I have Thursdays and Fridays off to focus on other things.
- I'm working closely with a designer friend, and it's been great to have a human and critical peer again. The team is senior and pushes me to deliver my best. It's a small team, which I like, and I can see their passion for the field. I believe this helps them deliver more than many larger teams I've worked with in the past.
- Since working three days a week is a shorter schedule, I sometimes even feel like studying work-related things—not because I need to, but because I want to and feel energized.
🧠 What I'm thinking about
- Spending time off-screen doing handmade crafts helps me recharge. I've gotten into macramé, tackling several different projects, and it's been fun. My husband and I also experimented with ceramics for the first time.
- AI is something I'm using daily, both at work and in my personal life. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the noise surrounding it, but the possibilities and uncertainties are sparking my curiosity. I feel I could dive deeper into AI, exploring different learning methods. Let's see what I come up with…
- I'm currently writing from a co-working space near home. It's become our new daily habit, even on weekends. Every morning, after our routine, we bike for ~12 minutes and stay here the whole morning. I can't explain how great it is to bike then work from a different place that's so cozy and welcoming.
- We've been sharing one espresso.☕ Having one each makes us a bit too wired, and sometimes I don't want to feel so energized that it makes me anxious.
